Service Description

Book Dr Phil Cox for a 3 hour NHS session (within 1 hour drive of Cardiff). Times are flexible, please email to discuss on call requirements/extended hours/home visits. For practices which utilise the IR35 policy there will be an additional charge of 7.5% to cover associated administration costs. I am more than willing to negotiate individual terms to accommodate the needs of your practice. When confirming the booking I would be grateful if you could clarify the start time, finish time, whether there will be on-call duties and whether house visits will be included. In order for me to uphold my high standards of clinical care, patients should be booked no more frequently than at 10-minute intervals. Prescriptions will be signed inclusive of the booking fee wherever possible.
